These Terms govern your use of curate. By accessing or using curate, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1) Paid subscription service

curate is a paid screenshot generation platform. Access, credits, and feature limits are tied to your active paid plan. If payment fails or subscription ends, access to paid features may be reduced.

2) Commercial usage license (paid plans)

While your paid plan is active, curate grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use generated outputs for commercial use, including app-store listings, ads, social media, and marketing pages.

• No transfer of trademark or brand rights is included.
• You may not claim ownership of third-party assets you did not license.
• Template redistribution or resale is not allowed unless explicitly permitted in writing.

3) User content warranties

You are responsible for content you upload or reference (logos, screenshots, fonts, images, template inputs). You represent that you have rights to use that content and to grant required permissions for processing.

4) Copyright policy and takedowns

We process copyright complaints, takedowns, and counter-notices under our policy. See Copyright & DMCA.

5) Prohibited use

You may not use curate for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or infringing activities. We may remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate service for violations or repeat infringement.

6) Billing and credits

Credits are deducted when generation actions are performed. Credit rules, plan limits, and renewal behavior are shown in your subscription UI and may be updated with notice.

7) Disclaimer and liability

curate is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties. To the extent permitted by law, curate is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
